Welcome to Skulez. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our engineering systems, proprietary source architectures, advisory services, and digital products. By utilizing our engagement frameworks or hiring our agency for software development initiatives, you enter into a legally binding agreement to operate within these specified mandates.

If you disagree with any section or parameter established within this legal documentation, you must immediately halt the use of our services, close all open sessions inside our development dashboards, and refrain from utilizing our proprietary source repositories. These conditions apply broadly to all clients, contractors, and visiting developers.

Operational Framework Agreement: Governing the delivery of custom application engineering, code deployment protocols, milestone verifications, and cross-party accountability terms. Skulez guarantees architectural performance subject to the project constraints defined herein.

We reserve the complete operational right to alter, modify, append, or purge segments of these Terms and Conditions at our absolute discretion. Continued cross-compilation, software interaction, or active deployment tracking following updates indicates absolute acceptance of the revised infrastructure parameters.

Software Delivery, Intellectual Property, and Fair Use

All operations related to engineering digital environments require strict alignment with international software usage parameters, source protection standards, and financial milestone requirements. Our client engagements adhere to the following core directives:

  • Intellectual Property Allocation: Proprietary base logic, pre-existing frameworks, and boilerplate utilities developed by Skulez remain our distinct property. Custom application layers explicitly engineered for a client transfer ownership only upon total payment completion.
  • Code Security and Misuse: Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering our compiled platforms, injecting malicious payloads, exploiting vulnerabilities within staging environments, or bypassing API limiters.
  • Milestone Payments & Maintenances: Software development cycles are structured around definitive milestones. Delays in verification or outstanding invoices may lead to systemic service suspension or deployment pipeline freezes.
  • Third-Party Dependencies: Skulez incorporates open-source packages, third-party hosting, and specific external APIs. We hold no liability for service changes, structural breaks, or outages caused directly by these independent software providers.
  • System Availability Limitations: While we guarantee up-to-time engineering performance during development phases, our tools and consulting dashboards are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" architecture.

This structured operational layout minimizes friction, outlines explicit intellectual parameters, and guides production lifecycles safely toward launch. Skulez explicitly disclaims any warranties of merchantability or fitness for specific untested marketplace conditions. Any legal disputes arising from these conditions will be managed inside our designated jurisdiction under corporate corporate law frameworks.
